If you have ever been to a Japanese steakhouse then you have definitely tried a version of this recipe. While similar to what they serve, I feel like this dressing has a little more zing, and is just flat out delicious. There isn’t much else to say about this dressing, its tasty and its easy. If you are looking for a little variety to add to your salads this might be it.

I’m only posting the recipe for the dressing because I kept the salad itself very simple. The salad was just some crisp romaine lettuce, tossed in the dressing, and topped with grated carrots.
