Cilantro lime crema is one of my favorite toppings for any Mexican food.  I use it in place of sour cream to add another layer of flavor.  
 
Once mixed up it lasts for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
 

Cilantro Lime Crema

Ingredients

  • 1C Sour Cream

  • 2T Mayo

  • 1 1/2 Limes (Juiced)

  • 1/4t Kosher Salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend, or using a stick blender combine ingredients and grind until smooth.
  • Pour from blender/container into a squeeze bottle or serving dish and refrigerate
  • This will last up to 5 days in refrigerator.
