Whenever I am looking for a beef rub that has a nice kick of spice and some Mexican flavors this is my go-to. This rub works great for most types of beef that you will smoke. I especially like to use it when I’m smoking meat that I plan to have for tacos.
Spicy Beef Rub

I usually keep my rubs around in an old spice container so they are available whenever I want to use them.
Ingredients
1T Cumin
1T Chili Powder
1T Garlic
1T Kosher Salt
1T Paprika
1T Black Pepper
1T Ancho Powder
1T Tajin Clasico Seasoning
1t Red Pepper Flakes
1t Adobo Powder
1/4t Chili de Arbol
Directions
- Combine all spices in small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place into spice container for easier use and storage.
