Whenever I am looking for a beef rub that has a nice kick of spice and some Mexican flavors this is my go-to.  This rub works great for most types of beef that you will smoke. I especially like to use it when I’m smoking meat that I plan to have for tacos.

Spicy Beef Rub

I usually keep my rubs around in an old spice container so they are available whenever I want to use them.

Ingredients

  • 1T    Cumin
    1T    Chili Powder
    1T    Garlic
    1T    Kosher Salt
    1T    Paprika
    1T    Black Pepper
    1T    Ancho Powder
    1T    Tajin Clasico Seasoning
    1t     Red Pepper Flakes
    1t     Adobo Powder
    1/4t  Chili de Arbol

Directions

  • Combine all spices in small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Place into spice container for easier use and storage.
