12 oz 12 Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
1 1 Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 1 Fresno Chili (Minced) (Jalapeno will work)
1/2 Cup 1/2 Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
4 Cloves 4 Garlic (Minced)
1 1 Lime (Juiced)
1 1 Lemon (Juiced)
2 teaspoons 2 Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon 1 Black Pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to sit at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the salt to bring out the moisture. Stir before serving.
