Pico de Gallo is something that can be used as both a topping or as a salsa.  This recipe provides the basics for a simple Pico that is crisp and flavorful.

Perfect for chips or as a topping on a taco.

Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)

  • Green Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • Fresno Chili (Minced) (Jalapeno will work)

  • Cilantro (Finely Chopped)

  • Garlic (Minced)

  • Lime (Juiced)

  • Lemon (Juiced)

  • Kosher Salt

  • Black Pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow to sit at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the salt to bring out the moisture. Stir before serving.
