Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)
Fresno Chili (Minced) (Jalapeno will work)
Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
Garlic (Minced)
Lime (Juiced)
Lemon (Juiced)
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to sit at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the salt to bring out the moisture. Stir before serving.
