Ingredients

  • 12 oz 12 Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)

  • 1 1 Green Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • 1 1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • 1 1 Fresno Chili (Minced) (Jalapeno will work)

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Cilantro (Finely Chopped)

  • 4 Cloves 4 Garlic (Minced)

  • 1 1 Lime (Juiced)

  • 1 1 Lemon (Juiced)

  • 2 teaspoons 2 Kosher Salt

  • 1 teaspoon 1 Black Pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow to sit at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the salt to bring out the moisture. Stir before serving.
