Lemon Beurre Blanc is one of my favorite sauces to use on chicken, pork, and seafood. It’s light and lemony. It compliments most things very well and is super simple to make.
Lemon Buerre Blanc

Ingredients
2 Lemons (Juiced)
3/4C Dry White Wine
12T Cold Butter (Cut into cubes)
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
1 Shallot (Minced)
Directions
- Start sauce by bringing to a boil wine, juice from 2 lemons, shallot, and thyme leaves. Boil for 5 min then turn down heat.
- With sauce over low heat start slowly adding butter 1 small piece at a time and constantly whisk each cube before adding next (2-3 min). Sauce will get rich and creamy from the butter.
- Serve hot over your favorite dish.
